Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager specializing in doors and frames, based in Bangalore/Hyderabad/Goa/kolkatta/Assam. The Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies, engage with clients, and achieve revenue targets across India. The role involves managing relationships with distributors, builders, architects, and contractors, as well as identifying new market opportunities. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving team performance, reporting sales metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and lead generation
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and executing sales strategies
  • Knowledge of the doors and frames industry, along with market trends and competition analysis
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
  • Prior experience in the building materials industry is an advantage
