Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, building and managing customer relationships, and developing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. The role involves leading a team, providing training and mentorship, coordinating with internal departments, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for revenue generation.

- Sales and Business Development skills, including client acquisition and revenue generation
- Team Management and Leadership skills, including the ability to mentor, train, and manage performance
- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills for devising and executing effective sales strategies
- Market Research and Data Analysis skills to track trends and identify new opportunities
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in financial services or related industries is a plus
