We are looking for a Sales Lead India - Polymer and Crystallization to join our CT_Polymer & Crystallization team in India .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Promote Sulzer's Polymer and Crystallizer solutions across India through direct customer engagement, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Identify and develop new customers and markets to build a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with regional offices and headquarters to ensure timely and accurate preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Maintain and update the CRM system daily and follow up on project progress monthly to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Assist the Project Management during project execution to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry fairs and conferences, including organizing booths and delivering presentations.
- Support procurement activities by assisting in the sourcing and evaluation of sub-suppliers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- BE Chemical/Polymer with 9+ years of relevant work experience.
- Candidate should have good communication skills, Adaptability and Interpersonal skills, should have a strategic thinking & customer centric mindset.
- Work Location: Kharadi, Pune
