Job Description

Stipend during training period: INR 15,000 per month (this is including BYOD, bring your own device benefit)

Duration of training period: 6 months

Mode: Work from Office

Location: Sector 82, Mohali

CTC after internship period: Starting INR 4,20,000 Annually + uncapped commissions

Work Shift: International Market Customer Base, hence, timings can be any 9 hour shift starting 12 noon onwards

Product you will be working on:

Jugnoo Fatafat is a hyperlocal delivery platform that enables customers to order groceries, food, medicines, and daily essentials with fast and reliable service. We work with local vendors and delivery partners to bring convenience to customers doorsteps within minutes.

What You'll Do:

Learn and execute end-to-end sales processes: lead generation, prospecting, demos, and closing deals.

Work on international sales campaigns and manage global client relationships

Use advanced sales tools and technology to build and optimize outreach

Collaborate with leadership and gain exposure to real startup growth strategies

Contribute directly to revenue growth while building a strong career in sales

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn

Excited to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
