Role Overview
We're seeking a driven Sales & Implementation Executive to expand Xenon's customer base and ensure every new client is set up for success. In this hybrid role you'll combine consultative selling with hands‑on product implementation—owning the relationship from first demo through successful go‑live. You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface customer feedback and continuously refine our offering.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
• Identify and qualify leads via outbound outreach, events, and inbound inquiries.
• Conduct product demos tailored to prospects pain points.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals in line with monthly and quarterly targets.
Implementation
• Lead onboarding workshops and configure the Xenon platform to align with each dealership's workflows.
• Coordinate data migration, user training, and system go‑live activities.
• Monitor early‑stage adoption, resolve issues, and ensure customers achieve time‑to‑value quickly.
Account Growth
• Build long‑term relationships, uncover upsell opportunities, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
• Relay customer feedback to product, engineering, and support teams.
• Contribute to playbooks and best‑practice documentation.
