Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced VP / GM – Sales (B2B) to lead our India operations for a global MNC specializing in Earth Lighting Protection Systems. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, and building strong B2B client relationships across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales of earth lighting protection systems across India.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to establish a strong foothold in the Indian market.
  • Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team.
  • Collaborate with global leadership to align India operations with company goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Must have proven experience in selling earth lighting protection systems.
  • Strong network and relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and establish market presence for a global company new to India.
