This is a full-time on-site role for a
Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing sales activities, overseeing account management, leading the sales team, and developing and implementing sales strategies.

- Managing the delivery of coal to industries
- Following up industries for payment.
- Well knowledge of coal industry and well customer base required

- Identifying the actual demand of coal (Quality and quantity)
Skills:
- Sales strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals
- Sales team management: Recruiting, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve goals
- Customer relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Market analysis: Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour
- Sales performance: Setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and adjusting plans as needed
- Sales reporting: Creating and analysing sales reports for senior management and shareholders
- Sales budget: Responsible for the sales budget and reporting on budget shifts
