Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Sales Executive to support our growing business in the healthcare, medical, and industrial safety sectors. The role involves assisting the sales team through order processing, customer coordination, data management, and follow-ups to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and generate quotations as required
  • Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain customer databases and manage CRM entries with accuracy
  • Follow up with customers for payments, dispatch updates, and feedback
  • Prepare sales reports, MIS data, and maintain sales documentation
  • Support online sales activities on platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and the company website
  • Handle sample requests, courier coordination, and maintain stock records
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support sales growth
  • Assist the management with admin and support tasks as required

  • Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred)
    • 13 years of experience in back-office sales, preferably in manufacturing or B2B sales
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP/CRM systems
    • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
    • Knowledge of IndiaMART or online B2B sales platforms is a plus
