Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Chandigarh. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new customer relationships, maintaining existing client connections, and identifying sales opportunities. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and representing the company's products and values during client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales, Customer Service, Negotiation, and building Client Relationships
  • Strong Communication, Persuasion, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or other sales tracking software
  • Business acumen, problem-solving ability, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work on-site in Chandigarh and travel for client meetings as required
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or fenestration industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
