Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Kochi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable two-wheeler products. Key tasks include managing sales inquiries, achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales reports and contributing to promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement and relationship-building.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Analytical and organizational skills for report preparation and target achievement.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and two-wheelers is preferred.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and basic computer applications is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is desirable.
