Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Surat. The Sales Executive will engage in identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and educating businesses about UdhariCrop's solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting product demonstrations, managing client inquiries, closing deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Client Acquisition skills
- Product Demonstration, Negotiation, and Communication skills
- Market Research and Lead Generation capabilities
- Ability to meet sales targets and deliver results under deadlines
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with credit systems, fintech platforms, or the SME market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi languages, in addition to English, is advantageous
