Role Overview:

We're looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Executive with 12 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales. The role involves generating leads, connecting with universities and corporate clients, pitching training solutions, and driving closures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Approach universities, colleges, and corporate clients for training and workshop tie-ups.
  • Pitch techCurators learning and development solutions effectively to decision-makers.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure regular follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align proposals and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain reports and updates in CRM or tracking sheets.

Required Skills:
  • 12 years of experience in sales / business development (preferably in edtech, corporate training, or university partnerships).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, and client handling.
  • Strong persuasion and presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized in approach.
