Job Title: Sales Executive Real Estate

Salary: 20,000 40,000 per month + Incentives (negotiable based on experience)

Location: A-28,3^rd Floor Quick Touch Building, 136 Noida.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to manage client interactions, drive property sales, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, site visits, and networking.
• Present and promote real estate projects to potential clients.
• Manage client inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct site visits and property tours for clients.
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities.

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
