Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role based in Vadodara, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients, managing and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales of financial solutions. You will analyze client needs, present customized financial services, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will provide insights on market trends and help develop strategies to expand the company's client base.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in relationship management and client servicing
  • Basic understanding of financial products and lending processes
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in financial services or sales is an advantage
