Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing effective logistics solutions tailored to client needs. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and negotiation
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain operations, and freight forwarding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for networking and client management
- Proficiency in sales software, presentations, and reporting tools
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a plus
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
