We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in sales, with a strong understanding of solar products and a passion for renewable energy. This role involves driving sales, building relationships, and contributing to our mission of promoting sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the solar energy sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
