About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Solar Sales Executive to join our team and lead residential rooftop solar sales in Surat. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and hands-on experience in residential solar sales or related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for residential solar rooftop solutions through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
- Meet homeowners, understand their energy needs, and provide suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct site surveys (basic), coordinate with technical team for detailed assessment.
- Prepare and explain proposals, pricing, ROI, and savings to potential customers.
- Follow up with prospective clients to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure referral business.
- Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Report daily/weekly sales activities to the sales manager.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential sales; solar rooftop sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand basic technical aspects of solar systems (training can be provided).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Should be comfortable with field sales within Surat city.
