About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Solar Sales Executive to join our team and lead residential rooftop solar sales in Surat. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and hands-on experience in residential solar sales or related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for residential solar rooftop solutions through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
  • Meet homeowners, understand their energy needs, and provide suitable solar solutions.
  • Conduct site surveys (basic), coordinate with technical team for detailed assessment.
  • Prepare and explain proposals, pricing, ROI, and savings to potential customers.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure referral business.
  • Coordinate with installation and operations teams for smooth project execution.
  • Report daily/weekly sales activities to the sales manager.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential sales; solar rooftop sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand basic technical aspects of solar systems (training can be provided).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Should be comfortable with field sales within Surat city.
