Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Vadodara for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role includes engaging in client meetings, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, and maintaining records of sales activities and progress reports. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the company's growth and client satisfaction by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions in interior and modular furniture.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Client Retention expertise
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills for identifying client needs and providing solutions
  • Knowledge of the interior design or modular furniture industry is a plus
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
