Job Title: Sales Executive
Purpose of the Role
To drive sales conversions, manage leads effectively, conduct client meetings, and support revenue growth by executing the company's sales strategy. The Sales Executive plays a key role in ensuring smooth lead follow-up, accurate CRM updates, and consistent achievement of monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
1 Sales Conversion & Target Achievement
- Convert assigned leads into successful sales through timely follow-ups and structured communication.
- Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Conduct product demos, client meetings, and negotiate to close deals effectively.
2 Lead Management & CRM Updates
- Manage leads assigned through CRM, walk-ins, telecalling, exhibitions, and marketing channels.
- Ensure every interaction is updated in the CRM accurately.
- Follow the company's 5000-lead model and maintain follow-up discipline.

Client Interaction & Relationship Building
- Understand customer requirements and suggest the right product/solution.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle basic client objections and escalate complex issues to the Sales Manager when needed.

Market Feedback & Reporting
- Provide daily updates on calls, meetings, conversions, and follow-ups.
- Share customer insights and competitor activities with the Sales Manager.
- Support the team during exhibitions, events, and B2B activities.

Team Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with the Lead Generation and CRM Executive for smooth lead flow.
- Assist the Sales Manager with data, reports, and client coordination when required.
- Participate in weekly sales review meetings.
Skills & Competencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 12 years of experience in sales (industry experience preferred, but not mandatory)
