Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive - Real Estate located in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating potential clients, showing properties to buyers, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, accurately recording client interactions, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in real estate or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and explain legal documents and contracts
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
  • Valid real estate license or certification
  • Knowledge of the Chennai real estate market is a plus
