Role Description

This is a full-time, Sales Executive role located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored real estate solutions. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaboration with internal teams and staying updated on market trends will also be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales techniques such as lead generation, client relationship building, and negotiation
  • Basic knowledge of the real estate market and willingness to learn and adapt
  • Organizational skills and ability to efficiently manage client portfolios
  • Ability to work independently, exhibit problem-solving skills, and meet or exceed sales goals
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
