Job Summary: Sales Executive

Role Overview:

A Sales Executive position focused on cold calling, lead generation, and researching potential clients for IT, UCC, Telecommunications, and AV solutions. The role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and an interest in technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cold calls, follow-ups, and lead nurturing to create sales opportunities.

Research potential clients using Google, LinkedIn, and meta.

Generate and manage high-quality leads in a structured sales pipeline.

Promote IT, UCC, telecommunications, and AV solutions (e.g., conferencing systems, networking, IT hardware).

Maintain and update CRM database (leads data)

Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Attend online training and stay updated on products and market trends.

Take ownership of daily tasks and sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and persuasive skills for client interactions

Experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Knowledge of or eagerness to learn about IT, UCC, telecommunications, and AV solutions.

Strong research skills for efficient lead identification..

Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar tools is a plus.

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Proficient in using LinkedIn, Google, and social media for lead generation.
