Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Vadodara. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and demonstrating product knowledge. Role tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, providing product demonstrations, negotiating deals, and addressing customer queries or concerns.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong skills in Product Knowledge, Negotiation, and Problem Solving
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems
  • Previous experience in construction equipment or related industries is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred
