Role Overview:
We are looking for anorganized and proactive Executive Sales Supportto assist our global sales and brand partnerships team. The role requires full ownership of sales coordination from enquiry to dispatch, maintaining a detailed sales pipeline, and supporting lead generation and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and manage professional client communications via email and LinkedIn.
Take full ownership of the sales coordination cycle including handling enquiries, sampling, quotations, order processing, dispatch tracking, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain an accurate and detailedCRM/sales pipelineand prepare periodic sales reports.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely execution of client orders.
Generate new leads throughemail and LinkedIn outreachto potential B2B customers.
Support digital marketing initiatives includingSEO, LinkedIn, and social media posting.
Sharemarket updatesand insights with the team to help improve outreach and customer engagement.
Ensure all documentation quotations, invoices, and dispatch notes are correctly maintained and shared on time.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree inCommerce, Business Administration, or Marketing(Master's preferred).
2+ years of experiencein sales coordination, client servicing, or inside sales roles.
Excellent written and spokenEnglish communicationskills.
Highlyorganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient inMS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment aligned with UK working hours.
