Job Brief
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company's sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of industrial chillers and refrigeration products across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers (Retail chains, supermarkets, Dealers)
- Identify potential clients and establish new business opportunities in assigned territory for refrigeration / cold-room / retail cooling solutions.
- Manage dealer networks: assist with onboarding, training, support, and growth of distributor / dealer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate internally with engineering, installation, service and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
- Monitor market trends, collect competitor intelligence, pricing and product information, and submit regular reports to Sales Manager.
- Maintain Excel records of leads, customer visits, quotations, orders and follow-up status.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Must have 13 years of sales experience in cold-room / Retail Refrigeration Industry or related HVAC
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems, cold-room applications, retail display cabinets or cooling solutions is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with technical & commercial stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English and local languages
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel within territory (client visits, dealer meetings) and work in a target driven environment.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented with ability to work independently as well as in a team.
