Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and conducting sales presentations to showcase Optisync Solutions offerings. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with business strategies and meet revenue targets.

  • Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of digital technology products such as websites, mobile applications, and software solutions
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify potential client opportunities

  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in the IT or digital services industry is a plus
