Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  2. Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
  3. Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to create opportunities for sales.
  4. Client Relationship Management:
  5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  6. Act as a primary point of contact for clients and address their concerns or inquiries promptly.
  7. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  8. Present and demonstrate product/service offerings to potential clients effectively.
  9. Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.
  10. Negotiation and Closing:
  11. Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  12. Close sales deals and achieve assigned sales targets within specified timelines.
  13. Market Research:
  14. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  15. Provide feedback to the team on market dynamics to enhance the sales strategy.
  16. Sales Reporting:
  17. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals.
  18. Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management review.
  19. Collaboration with Team:
  20. Work closely with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
  21. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.
  22. Continuous Learning:
  23. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
  24. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Must be Excellent in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Needs to have Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Must have the Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Needs to be Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
