Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into auto loan customers at dealership level
  • Conduct customer profiling, product pitching, and loan closing activities effectively
  • Ensure timely and accurate loan documentation, file login, and disbursement processing
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approvals and resolve eligibility clarifications
  • Collect Post Disbursement Documents (PDDs) within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT)
  • Visit customer locations (home/office) for document pickup as required
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with dealership sales teams for lead flow and conversions
  • Support collections efforts by following up on missed EMIs
  • Track and report on market intelligence, especially on competitor loan products and schemes
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and ensuring smooth service delivery
