Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, making sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups. Collaborating with other teams to achieve company goals will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, and relationship building
  • Proficiency in sales, lead generation, and client acquisition techniques
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies
  • Networking skills and experience in maintaining client relationships
  • Goal-oriented mindset and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience or knowledge of fire safety products and installations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
