Location: Gujarat (All Major Cities & Districts)

With a growing presence in multiple states, we are now expanding our operations in Gujarat and seeking passionate and experienced Sales Executives to strengthen our sales network in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage distributors and retailers in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent growth in the Namkeen segment.
  • Conduct regular market visits for order collection, merchandising, and relationship building.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure market coverage in urban and rural areas.
  • Track competitor activities and share market insights with the regional head.
  • Ensure product visibility and timely execution of promotional schemes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 210 years in FMCG sales (experience in Namkeen, Snacks, or Food products preferred).
  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Language: Must know Gujarati and Hindi.
  • Must Have: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
