Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, managing sales transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining product knowledge. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, and supporting promotional events.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Good knowledge of diamond jewelry and the ability to explain product details effectively
- Proficiency in handling sales transactions and managing inventory
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
