The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role will be the sale of our specialized software product to businesses within the automotive service industry, including independent work stations, repair shops, and dealership service centers. If you have a passion for sales, a solid understanding of the automotive service workflow, and a knack for demonstrating the value of technology, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities As a Sales Executive, your core role will be to manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing. This includes: Sales and Business Development Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the automotive service sector (e.g., car repair garages, tire shops, body shops, authorised service stations). Conduct product demonstrations (in-person and virtual) tailored to the specific needs and pain points of automotive service workstations. Manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking all activity in the company's CRM system. Negotiate contract terms and close new agreements to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our software product, its features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to decision- makers, including owners and service managers. What We Offer Competitive base salary of Rs.25,000 per month Allowances upto Rs.5000 per month Commission based on each sales & may vary accordingly.
