We are seeking a professional who understands that selling high-end jewelry is about building trust and narrating a story of heritage. You will be responsible for managing B2B relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and representing our award-winning collections to elite retailers across the country.

*Key Responsibilities*

* *Business Development:* Identify and onboard premium retail partners and jewelry showrooms.

* *Relationship Management:* Maintain and nurture long-term associations with our existing B2B clientele.

* *Product Presentation:* Effectively communicate the technical artistry of our pieces—from CAD precision to the intricacies of *Ghaat* and *Jadai* work.

* *Market Analysis:* Stay updated on industry trends, gemstone markets (Emeralds, Diamonds, Polki), and competitor movements.

* *Exhibition Representation:* Represent the brand at prestigious trade shows and national jewelry exhibitions.

* *Experience:* 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the luxury jewelry or gemstone industry.

* *Communication:* Fluent in English and Hindi with the ability to articulate the Neo-Heritage brand philosophy.

* *Knowledge:* A deep understanding of Polki jewelry, gold purity, and gemstone quality.

* *Aesthetic Sense:* An appreciation for Modern Heritage designs and the ability to sell a lifestyle, not just a product.

* *Travel:* Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
