Salary: 35,000 per month + Incentives

Monthly Business Target: 15,00,000

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in B2B or distribution sales

Qualification: MBA / BBA in Sales or Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Drive monthly B2B sales to achieve 15 lakh business target.

Identify, onboard, and manage new dealers across assigned regions.

Strengthen relationships with existing retail partners to increase sales volume.

Execute brand promotions, product presentations, and counter activities.

Coordinate with the internal sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Prepare periodic sales reports and market insights for management review.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in automotive / spare parts / lubricant / FMCG B2B sales.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about motorcycles and the auto industry.

Willing to travel for dealer visits and sales expansion.
