Job Description

We are looking for dynamic, field-driven Building Sales Executives to drive store-linked growth by onboarding and managing **AIDC (Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors)** into our loyalty program and by **scouting real estate and residential projects** in Bangalore. The role combines **channel development, key account management, and project sales** to ensure steady order inflow into the store without relying solely on walk-in customers.

Desired Skills & Experience 38 years of sales experience in **building material categories** such as plywood, laminates, veneers, wall panels, paints, decorative materials, tiles, or similar. Strong background in channel sales, project sales, or AIDC engagement. Proven ability to manage relationships and close orders at construction sites. Strong local market knowledge of Bangalore residential and commercial projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-driven, comfortable working independently with high accountability for results.

Educational Qualification Graduate in any discipline. Diploma or degree in Civil/Interior/Construction background preferred but not mandatory.
