Role Overview:
The Label Sales Executive will drive sales growth by promoting and selling self-adhesive labels, stickers, and related printed materials to industrial, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and logistics clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in Retail and E-Commerce sectors.
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized label solutions.
- Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Proven sales experience in labels, packaging, or printing industry.
- Good understanding of printing technologies (Flexo, Digital, Thermal, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Result-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma in Printing Technology or Marketing.
- 25 years of relevant B2B sales experience in labels, packaging, or industrial supplies.
