About Us

Master Crafters is an artist-first talent management and event curation platform dedicated to empowering emerging musicians and delivering premium, curated experiences for our clients. We work closely with both artists and clients to create unforgettable event experience while building long-term partnerships.

We are now looking for a dynamic, persuasive, and relationship-driven Sales Executive to strengthen our existing client relationships and onboard new clients to fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and requirements.
  • Understand client needs, ensure exceptional service delivery, and identify upselling opportunities.

New Client Acquisition

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the corporate, events, and entertainment sectors.
  • Develop tailored pitches and proposals to showcase our services and unique value propositions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns, promotions, and strategies.

Reporting & Insights

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client communications.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client satisfaction, and pipeline progress.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to engage clients persuasively.
  • Relationship-building mindset focused on long-term value creation.
  • Negotiation & closing skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Market research & networking ability to discover untapped opportunities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office & Google Suite along with data-driven decision-making.
  • Passion for music, events, and talent curation is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Some Experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in events, media, or entertainment).
  • Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong drive to learn may also apply.

  • This is an unpaid Internship.
