Role Overview
We're looking for a motivated and confident *Sales Executive* who can connect with potential clients, understand their business needs, and help them experience the value of Hisabkitab through engaging demos and smooth onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
* Reach out to potential customers from the leads shared by the company.
* Understand their business requirements and present suitable solutions.
* Conduct product demos and explain key benefits in a simple, effective way.
* Follow up with prospects and convert them into paying customers.
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and earn attractive incentives.
* Maintain lead records and update daily reports.
* Coordinate with the support team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Skills & Qualifications
* 13 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telecalling / B2C Sales.
* Excellent verbal communication and convincing abilities.
* Fluent in Hindi and English (both are a must).
* Confident on phone and video calls.
* Target-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
