Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Surat. In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and retailers in an assigned territory. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and implementing sales strategies. The role also involves ensuring proper product distribution, executing promotional activities, and providing regular reports on sales performance. While the position requires physical presence at the Surat location, occasional work-from-home flexibility is provided.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Knowledge in market research, trend analysis, and strategic sales planning
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
  • Ability to commute to Surat and work in a hybrid work model
