Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Client Relations Specialist

Job Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai

Work timing: 10am to 8pm

Weekly off

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This role encompasses both B2B and B2C sales, requiring a versatile individual capable of building strong client relationships, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing leads, offering creative gifting solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

Responsibilities:

1.B2B Sales & Client Servicing:

  • Proactively identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Conduct client visits for product sampling, presentations, and order placement.
  • Manage and convert B2B leads generated by the marketing department.

2.B2C Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Provide excellent in-store customer service, including attending to walk-in customers.
  • Host and manage scheduled client appointments and family tasting sessions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and orders through WhatsApp and other online channels.

3.Lead Management & CRM:

  • Effectively manage and track all leads using our CRM software.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.
  • Analyze sales data and provide reports on lead conversion and sales performance.

4.Creative Gifting Solutions:

  • Develop and present creative gifting solutions for various occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and baby announcements.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to provide personalized gifting recommendations.

5.After-Sales Service & Feedback:

  • Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  2. 1-2 years of proven retail sales experience.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Fluency in Hindi and/or Gujarati (regional language) is essential.
  5. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and online communication platforms.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  9. Creative problem solving skills.
