About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and energetic HORECA Sales Executive to expand our brand presence across hotels, restaurants, and cafs. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the F&B industry, a passion for food, and the ability to drive sales growth through relationship management and on- ground execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and on-board new HORECA clients including hotels,
restaurants, caterers, and cafes.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat
business and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Product Promotion: Educate chefs, purchase managers, and owners about the brand's
product range, usage, and benefits.
- Sampling & Demos: Conduct product tastings and demonstrations to drive trials and
conversions.
- Negotiation & Closure: Handle pricing discussions, order processing, and payment follow-ups.
- Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitor activities, pricing, and new product trends
in the HORECA segment.
- Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure
smooth order fulfilment and client service.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share market feedback with management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 25 years of sales experience in the HORECA / Institutional / Food Service
segment.
- Industry Background: FMCG, food ingredients, sauces, beverages, or related categories
preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Familiar with local HORECA market and decision-makers
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
