Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Lucknow. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and delivering presentations to prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks will also include developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and supporting client onboarding processes. The role requires proactive engagement with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored automation solutions.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management
  • Market Research and Strategic Planning abilities for understanding industry trends and creating sales strategies
  • Presentation and Communication skills for effectively conveying product and service offerings to clients
  • Negotiation and Closing Sales expertise to secure business partnerships and meet targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for managing client information and creating reports
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in automation solutions or related industries is an advantage
