Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing client relationships, presenting and demonstrating Floor Wise Realty's offerings, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, generating leads, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Business Development
• Excellent communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects
• Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
