Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Chandigarh. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, promoting NoBrokerHood's services, and building strong relationships. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer support. The role requires proactive engagement with clients to drive the adoption of NoBrokerHood's solutions in gated societies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Travel in field
  • Sales skills, relationship management, and ability to meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of technology and community management systems
  • Self-motivated, proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in sales or customer relations is a plus but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Familiarity with gated community setups and their management is an added advantage
