Job Description

Role Summary

The Area Sales Executive will drive sales, expand market reach, and manage channel partners within the assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, market development, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retail partners

Increase product visibility and drive primary/secondary sales

Conduct product presentations and training sessions

Track competitor activities and market trends

Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market insights

Coordinate with logistics and service teams for smooth operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field

14 years of sales experience (Appliances/HVAC preferred)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to analyze market trends and plan sales strategies

Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area
