Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai (Only Mumbai-based candidates)

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop a thorough understanding of company products and their value propositions.
2. Coordinate and manage customer sample requests to ensure timely fulfillment.
3. Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to maintain competitive pricing strategies.
4. Prepare and circulate monthly price lists for internal and client use.
5. Forecast potential sales orders and track progress toward targets.
6. Verify purchase orders and liaise with the manufacturing team for timely execution.
7. Coordinate effectively with inventory and purchase departments for stock management.
8. Generate and maintain accurate sales invoices and documentation through ERP.
9. Oversee dispatch and shipping documentation processes.
10. Analyze market demand, customer trends, and competitor activities.
11. Collaborate with the technical team to provide product-related support to customers.
12. Build and nurture strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
13. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets.
14. Conduct client visits, participate in exhibitions, and represent the company professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry.
• 12 years of experience in sales within the chemical/pigment industry (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and trade events.
