Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting appropriate interior design solutions. Daily tasks include prospecting and reaching out to new clients, following up on leads, conducting consultations to understand client requirements, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and communication.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and build trust.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience with CRM tools or other sales technology is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Previous experience in the interior design or home dcor industry is advantageous.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
