Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales Executive role based in Chennai, with flexibility for occasional work-from-home opportunities. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing the sales process, qualifying leads, delivering compelling sales presentations, and closing deals. The role also involves building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions from the DealConverter CRM suite to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Sales Tools with knowledge of Sales Automation Systems
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets within deadlines
  • Analytical thinking and familiarity with real-time analytics to track and report performance
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales is an advantage
