Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Sultanpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, achieving sales targets, and promoting Dayal Feeds products. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and generate leads
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
- Analytical abilities for market research and sales performance tracking
- Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in agriculture or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with sales reporting tools
