Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound/outbound inquiries via digital platforms, calls, and referrals.
2. Guide patients through treatment options and provide personalized support.
3. Maintain accurate records on CRM; track leads and follow-ups diligently.
4. Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach.
5. Conduct inside sales, cold calling.
6. Collect market feedback, analyze sales performance, and recommend improvements.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
1. Graduate in any discipline.
2. 25 years of sales experience
3. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Strong communication & negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
5. Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
6. Knowledge of the healthcare/medical sector will be an added advantage.

Salary: Up to 7 LPA (plus incentives)
Time: 10 am - 7 pm
Days: Monday - Saturday
